How often have we heard, "if only I would have bought ten years ago"? Well, I'm here to tell you today may be the a benchmark date 10 years from now. Last week I blogged that I had been waiting to see homes in Tierra Contenta drop below 200K and today the Santa Fe New Mexican reported on homes below 250K. I thought I would pass along some great properties in Santa Fe that I've seen that has some wonderful possibilities.
