When you neighbors build, the developer made sure that there's a conservation easement to the river so everyone can enjoy the tranquillity of the Rio Grande. I love showing this property so showing it is always a pleasure. Oh yeah, forgot to tell you about the apple orchard. The property was originally an apple orchard in the Dixon apple district. If you love apples, there's plenty to pick from. I enjoyed them last fall.
