If you've ever wanted to have a week end retreat where fishing, canoeing, rafting or viewing nature at it's very best this is the place. Frankly, I've thought about buying it myself, but then I would be compromising by goal to sell the property. The home is outstanding and it sits on 1.7 acres. The overall property has four lots but no one else has built, so for the time being, you'll have the river to yourself. When you neighbors build, the developer made sure that there's a conservation easement to the river so everyone can enjoy the tranquillity of the Rio Grande. I love showing this property so showing it is always a pleasure. Oh yeah, forgot to tell you about the apple orchard. The property was originally an apple orchard in the Dixon apple district. If you love apples, there's plenty to pick from. I enjoyed them last fall.
