I guess one needs to define expensive. True there are some beautiful homes costing in the millions, but there are homes in the mid 200's and up. One the great things about Santa Fe, you don't have to have the largest home in Santa Fe to enjoy the arts, culture, hiking trails, ski hill, shopping and unlimited views and wonderful season changes.
